MacBook Stuck on guest user login

My kid messed with my computer. So I shut it down. Now it takes me straight to guest user. I don’t know the password! Also tried other things but there’s no apple symbol. There’s literally nothing else to click on! I tried restarting and clicking the command R...nothing! I’m stuck! 😥
