Refund problem

Hi! I made an in app purchase with my iTunes account and it didn’t go through correctly and it took the money from my account but did not give me my purchase. I filled out a refund request giving the information on Apple’s “report a problem” page. In my claim status, it said that my refund has been granted, but I haven’t gotten any money back. I got an email with the receipt of my original purchase, but I neither have what I purchased, nor the money with which I purchased it, and I was wondering if anyone knows how I can just get my money back.

Wait it Out, or Contact Apple Support:

Even though it reads 48 hours, 3-5 Days is typical, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. So, either wait it out, or...


Contact Apple Support:

Most certainly, contact Apple Support, asking them where this all stands. They will see this from their end, and will run you through the fix.

--- Proceed from there as Necessary


NOTE:

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, calls are taking a bit linger to get through. And, that makes sense, because many are at home working out-of-the-house or are taking classes over-the-web, thus they have more time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, it might take a bit longer get through to Apple Support. But, just stay on the line, and someone will be with you. :)

You are welcome. Glad you got refunded. I’d say it’s no more than due to the Coronavirus Pandemic taking up time, with less Apple Reps on the phone and a high call of volumes. :)
