Refund problem
Hi! I made an in app purchase with my iTunes account and it didn’t go through correctly and it took the money from my account but did not give me my purchase. I filled out a refund request giving the information on Apple’s “report a problem” page. In my claim status, it said that my refund has been granted, but I haven’t gotten any money back. I got an email with the receipt of my original purchase, but I neither have what I purchased, nor the money with which I purchased it, and I was wondering if anyone knows how I can just get my money back.
