Mac mini shutting down for no apparent reason

My Mac mini has started this odd thing where it just shuts itself down almost nightly now. When I go to work on it in the morning it's often turned off. I copied the problem report below. I'm not sure what I have done to cause this issue but anyone who can tell me how to fix it would be awesome. Thanks in advance for any help. I've never had anything like this happen before.

Mac min 2018

3 GHz 6-core intel core i5

8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
