Hi I get an error and cannot install Quicktime

I get an error saying the file 'ul_catalog.98CB24AD_52FB_DB5F_FF1F_C883B9A1E18E' cannot be installed and the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Quicktime.cab'

How can I fix this

QuickTime for Windows has not been supported for years so you must use other apps if some software asks for it.
