Hi altunsu_oner,

Thanks for reaching out through Apple Support Communities. We'd love to help in any way we can.

To ensure we understand correctly, it sounds like you're seeing this message to restart your Apogee Duet 2 on the Duet 2 device itself. Is this correct?

If so, we may refer to your device manufacturer for direct support.

We'd like to share a great resource with details to help troubleshoot USB devices on Mac:

If a USB device doesn’t work with Mac

If you're seeing the message on your Mac or iPad, will it be possible to test the connection using a different cable? What is the exact text of the message you're seeing.

If it's indicating that your device isn't receiving enough power, let us know if the instructions in this guide help:

If a Mac accessory needs more power or is using too much power

We're here for you if you've got any questions.

Take care!

Hi altunsu_oner,

Thanks so much for the screenshot and clarification. If you disconnect the Apogee Duet 2, does this message appear at all? Is it only occurring when this device is connected?

If so, we can recommend testing in a new user account, to see if the issue is occurring system-wide. This will help determine how best to proceed. The following guide explains how to create a new user account for testing purposes:

How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac

If you find that the same behavior occurs in the new account, we recommend checking to ensure that all software is fully up-to-date, including any software from Apogee.

To check for any updates to your Mac, you'll want to follow the instructions in this guide:

How to update the software on your Mac

At that point, if the same issue remains even after updating your software, and is only occurring when your Duet 2 is connected, we will have isolated the issue to your third-party device. You'll want to reach out to Apogee directly for further support.

Take care!

Thank you for your interest, let me explain in a little more detail. The Youtube video I sent reads in the marked place:
If playback doesn't start soon, try restarting your device
When this problem occurs, no audio, video is not working. When I unplug the Apogee duet 2 i usb and plug it in, it goes away for a while.
I recently formatted apogee. Let's see it 3 times.
