macbook with high sierra 10.13.6
installed new app as admin
tried to open and does not
created new user with admin privilege
when i try to open the new app it opens fine.
how do i allow both admin to have access to use the new app?

thanks, here is what i did.
repair disk permissions on user 1
and now it works on both users
took me about 12 hours to figure it out.
focusrite tech support could not figure it out either.
i had installed a new ssd hd about 2 weeks ago, clean install of high sierra and restored from time machine.
why and if this caused the problem i do not know.

What is the App?
Do a get Info on the App, what rights does it say?

these sharing & permissions
are the same with both users
app will only open from 1 user. want all users to have app access
