Location services arrow is always on

Yesterday I updated my iPhone XS Max to iOS 13.6. Today I observed that location arrow is always on. The only thing that switching off “status bar icon” in location services does is that when off, arrow icon always stays empty. Disabling all location services one by one manually and switching off Find my iPhone doesn’t work either. Only way to switch it off is to disable all location services but I want them on. Is there any other way to get rid of that arrow?

Then something is constantly using Location Services!

Check Settings > Privacy > Location Services to track down what is using these services if you’re concerned.

Why would you want to “get rid of that arrow”?

The arrow indicates something is using your Location Services. You already stated you don’t wish to disable all Location Services. Therefore, you will see the arrow since something is using your Location Services.

You’re right. I want to see that arrow only when something is using my location services not all the time. Before iOS update I had same location settings and arrow appeared only when location services were used. Now it’s displaying constantly.
