Apple has two IDs for me

Apple seem to have 2 or maybe three IDs for me and I cannot join apple TV with any of the passwords I have ever used

Contact Apple Support:

They’ll see what is going on and will run you through the fix. Maybe the account was discontinued(cancelled?), but no one here would know that answer, of course. So, once again, contact Apple Support, immediately. Inform them of what occurred.

What do you mean "join apple TV"? Are you unable to make or to play purchases?


Note that Apple ID,s cannot be merged as of this post. So, if you were to make a purchase, make it with just one of the Apple IDs.
