I tunes allows me to backup my devices. When I try to sync (though it has worked every week, for the last 10 years) it starts the process and then itunes closes. Thoughts??

iTunes crashes when syncing on my new w10 computer. I try to sync my iPad Pro 10.5 and it starts to backup and then crashes. I set up a new computer. Thought I setup iTunes according instructions. It did sync ok the first time okay. I did delete iTunes and set up a second time before the first sync. Any suggestions?

Is there a reason why syncing stopped working? Whenever I sync on my iTunes from my computer (Windows 10) iTunes tells me it is "Preparing to sync" for step 2 out of 4, after that happens it finishes quickly but nothing new had appeared that I added to my iTunes, it worked not a long time ago but after updating seemingly it stopped working.

iTunes 12.8.2.3 and iOS 13.7 - Can't Sync Devices Anymore I'm running the latest version of MacOS High Sierra and I have the latest version of iOS and iTunes for the platforms respectively. I can't sync any devices via iTunes that are running iOS 13.7. iTunes just crashes after the backup process completes before new music can be synced to my iPhone Xs or my iPod Touch (7th generation). I'm using a genuine lightning cable and I've even gone so far as to reinstall iTunes. I've restarted all devices. I think the latest iOS update broke something in iTunes. I'm perplexed as Apple just updated iTunes, for MacOS High Sierra, to ensure interoperability with the latest iOS. There was a long period where iTunes and iOS didn't work together for those of us still running MacOS High Sierra. This needs to be fixed right away Apple.

Reboot both computer and device. Try holding down ctrl+shift as you launch iTunes to open it in its safe mode, then see if syncing will complete properly.
