Hi
I cannot download pictures of my Iphone 7. They are not on the cloud and I cannot cut and paste from explorer. I get an error that the device is unreachable when pasting the pictures to a new folder from the Iphone.
My pictures will not upload on to the cloud, I have available space on the cloud.
