Disabled

My daughters I phone 11 last night all of sudden disallowed her facial recognition and also saying incorrect passcode. It is now saying I phone disabled. We have tried all trouble shooting actions with no luck. We have tried rebooting and resetting back to factory settings with no luck. We have one very upset girl.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
