Apple ID Grayed Out

iPad 5th Generation-iOS 13.5.1

I recently lost the ability to access my hotspot. iPhone iOS is also 13.5.1

When I access the settings on my iPad, the “Name phone numbers email” selection and the “Payment and shipping” selection are grayed out.

I have reset the network settings, and I have reset all settings, neither have solved the issue. I have never invoked screen time.

Suggestions on how to reattach the iPad to my Apple account? Or thoughts on why my Hotspot has disappeared?

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions just in case?

Some other things you can try.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
