My watch keeps Asking me to sign into my Apple ID on my watch but it only gives me an option to draw my password not to digitally put it in with a keyboard. How could I managed to sign in on my watch?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. It sounds as though you're experiencing issues with repeat requests to sign into your Apple ID on your Apple Watch. With your Apple Watch, you wouldn't be presented with a keyboard to enter this information. You'll have the option of write it with your finger. You can also go to your iPhone and access the Watch app > General > Apple ID and enter it here.
