My voice echos on all call type

No matter what method I use – my AirPod pros, the speaker function, or holding the phone to my ear - I get this annoying echo of my voice. The listener can’t hear it but when I but I can regardless of whether I called them or they call me. This started happening in the last couple of weeks around the same time I started having charging problems. All features of the phone had worked fine up until this point. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes in the forum but nothing works. It’s my only phone and I use it for work and this is super annoying.
