Bootcamp can't partition my disc.

I have been trying to intall the windows 10 software on my 2012 macbook pro using bootcamp assistant with the newest OS. The downlaod and instalation goes as planned but when i partition my disc it gives me an error message- Disk could not be partitioned due to an error, please run First aid in disk utilities. After doing so it says that /dev/disk0s2 could not be verified completely. How do i fix /dev/disk0s2 ?

As Lawrence Finch mentions,

Turn on your Mac, then immediately press and hold Command-R to start up from macOS Recovery.

Also,

These steps replace the Command-S method, which doesn't work with the recommended settings on current Mac computers.

Start up your Mac in single-user mode - Apple Support shows a different sequence, which you can also try.

A 2012 Mac should use the Command+S method, and show a black-and-white Terminal console.

I actually did this, it did not result in solving my bootcamp issues.

I deleted the internal harddrive with all the software: including bootcamp.

I wouldn't suggest it, its a time consuming approach for a solution that probably needs a technical fix.

*Also you typed umount -a*

You would do it by erasing your drive through the command + r reboot and then instal the macOS using time machine
