Bootcamp can't partition my disc.

I have been trying to intall the windows 10 software on my 2012 macbook pro using bootcamp assistant with the newest OS. The downlaod and instalation goes as planned but when i partition my disc it gives me an error message- Disk could not be partitioned due to an error, please run First aid in disk utilities. After doing so it says that /dev/disk0s2 could not be verified completely. How do i fix /dev/disk0s2 ?

Can i just backup all my computer files, delete the system and then download it again? Will it work and if so how do i do it.

This is not always successful, since APFS corruption can come back. You can install the same macOS version, as your internal disk version, on an external disk, boot from it, and we can try to address the APFS corruption issue.
