Hey there, LaBear0530!
We understand that you've been having some trouble getting CarPlay to work after updating to iOS 13.6. We'd be happy to look into this further with you.
To start out, let's try some quick steps to ensure there are no communication issues between your iPhone and your car using CarPlay.
First, let's test without a case on your iPhones this may be affecting how the Lightning cable connects to your device.
If you're still having trouble, let's try a few of these quick steps:
Ensure CarPlay is not restricted in Settings > General > CarPlay.
Forget the stereo from Settings > General > CarPlay > [stereo name].
Forget the iPhone from the settings (check your car's stereo user guide for instructions on this).
Rename the iPhone in Settings > General > About > Name.
You may also want to reset the network settings on the iPhone. You can do this under Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Please keep in mind this will erase all your saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before, so please ensure you have your credentials for those saved networks available to reconnect to them.
