iPad 7 on lock out for so long why?
I would like to know why the **** it took so long for me to be able to use my very own iPad7 after it has been verified to wait for a certain month and date to be activated?

Likely because you entered the wrong passcode too many times. Of course there was a way around that, but if you waited the time you needed to wait and you are now back in, you at least know why.
