Fatal error?

While playing a show on the CBS all access app on Apple TV, the program froze and an error message appeared that said only “fatal error.” There was a button beneath it that said “OK.” What is going on? How can I fix this? I tried restarting to no avail, and I verified that Netflix still works.

If the device works okay with Netflix and other providers, please contact CBS for support.
