appletv and netflix
having issue after last appletv update. netflix constant freezing and get error message :
"A problem occurred while playing this item. Try again later, or select a different item. Go to www.netflix.com/support for more information. error #11800"
spoke to netflix - they say it's connectivity issue with internet provider. Spoke to Spectrum - they say it's a Netflix issue. i now believe it's Apple tv. Tried all suggested fixes, unplug, reboot, restart and reset. Tried plugging in same appletv with other tvs - same frustrating issue - need resolution - not willing to purchase another appletv. TV is Vizio approx 4 years old.
