Problem with my order

I bought and iPad a month ago but the courier said the box was damaged, they returned the product and made the claim about it. But apple did not contact me ,i can't communicate with them to find a solution because the don't have a chat or email to talk to them. Im not living in the U.S. now, but at the address someone will receive it for me.
