Airpod is getting hot while Charging

Hey, my air-pod 2, left is not working and its too hot when i take it from charging case. And losing case charge easily when i put both air pods in the case. Why this happens anyone know? how can i get it serviced? is there any-other way to fix this as its locked down due to covid19. it happened so sudden without any other reason.
