If its frozen, its probably too late now. You need a working iPhone you can unlock and access to be able to back it up.


Backups are preventive measures. They should be performed before disaster strikes. Not after.


You can try to simply restart the iPhone and see if that let's it boot up and be usable enough to back it up: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support


Restarting does not delete any data from the device. If the issue is minor enough that it can recover, with a restart you can then start backing it up regularly.


If the restart is not enough, or it cannot boot correctly after the restart, then the data is already non recoverable.
