Yes. You have an 'expected' 1000 cycle count.

I can add—
Your battery will never over charge.
No advantage of unplugging it.
The only risk of always on the mains is the fact your battery will last longer 😉
If you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need portability then run on the battery. Following after that general rule use as you see fit. If on the mains 100% of the time—maybe once a month use on battery down to 50-60% say, for a little exercise—no harm there.

is it okay/normal if the cycle count is low?
What does that mean? Your battery has a normal life of about 1000 cycles.

That would be totally dependent on how you use the computer. If you frequently use the computer on battery power, it would be an expected cycle count.
If you wish to keep the cycle count low, use it on AC power when available.
is it okay/normal if the cycle count is low?
is 67 cycle count okay or normal?
Yes, it is okay.
Yes, it is normal.
What is your concern?
As stated initially, the cycle count is totally up to how you use the computer.
Yes it is normal. 67 is less than 1000. The battery may show signs of age or problems at around 1000 cycles.
oh thanks, because i was wondering earlier if low cyclecount means bad i guess i was wrong
Read the info at the link I provided above. maybe you are not understanding what a cycle is.
