I bought a macbook air 2020 and it’s been mine for about 1 week now. Is it normal that i have 10 cycles as of now fo just one week?

That would be totally dependent on how you use the computer.
If you usually charge the battery, then unplug it, and use on battery power, it would be expected.
If you are near an AC outlet, use it While connected to the charging circuit.
If you need portability, use it on battery power.
Correct. It is perfectly fine to leave it connected and preferable after the battery reaches 100%.
