Predictive Text not working in message
My predictive text is not working in messages but working other places. I have shut it off and then back on, shut my phone off and then back on. It is working in safari but not in message

Delete and add keyboard. OR
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary
Reset Keyboard Dictionary: You add words to the keyboard dictionary by rejecting words iPhone suggests as you type. Resetting the keyboard dictionary erases only the words you’ve added.
