iPad Air passcode prompt misalignment..?

Purchased a refurbished iPad Air about two months ago and this started to happen whenever it prompts me to enter passcode. It’s somewhat annoying. Is this a known issue? Or does this only happen to me?

New iPad Pro - Stuck on "Enter iPad Passcode" screen during setup I bought a new iPad Pro to replace an iPad Air. I did the wireless transfer/setup process where the old iPad transfers data and settings wirelessly to the new one, and things seemed to be progressing. There were a couple reboots, and the usual setup questions about Apple Pay, Location Services, etc. Once it got to the "Enter iPad Passcode" screen, i gave it the passcode that was being used on the old (and I assume, the new) iPad, and the little pinwheel started to spin up in the corner of the screen. It has been 20 minutes now, and it's just sitting on that screen. Is there some trick to getting past that screen?

iPad stuck on Guided Access my iPad is stuck on guided access and when I go to enter the password it is malfunctioning and brings only part of the QWERTY board up to put the passcode in. We have everything locked on the iPad so the buttons are locked from use as well. Not sure where to go from here we are waiting for the iPad power to die, but we haven’t been able to test this yet

Thanks for your post! We understand that when getting a prompt to enter your passcode, the keypad is misaligned. If you haven't already, quit Safari, then restart your device.

If the issue persists, perform any available iOS updates.
