Unable to make or receive calls on FaceTime MacBook Pro

I have signed in with the same Apple ID , I am able to copy in my iPhone and paste it in the Mac but when coming to the calls it is showing me (Your iPhone must use the same iCloud and FaceTime account.)

please help me

We see you are having some trouble with making FaceTime calls on your Mac. We can definitely see how that would be confusing and we are here to help. Do you have your phone number linked to your Apple ID as well? If not, make sure to add it to your account with these steps: Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime
