App updates error on new MacPro

Hello!

I bought a new Macbook Pro 2-3 weeks ago. I got a notification from apple store that I need to update my pre-installed apps - Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc.

When I log into apple store with my Apple ID and click update next to the app, I get the error message - Pages cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID.

I tried to sign out of my apple account and then sign in again, didn't work. I keep getting the error message.

If the apps were preinstalled on my Mac, why it is not allowing me to update them? Am I supposed to buy them again with my Apple ID? It doesn't make sense as Apple is supposed to include these apps with Mac for free.

Please, help me to solve this bug. Thank you!

Alina.
