MACBOOK 12-INCH 2017

Bought my MACBOOK on April 2018 in Holland. During first year didn't used it so much and so didn't realize it didn't work nicely. The problem is that I start writing a text and suddenly what I am writing continues on previous lines. Using excel my entries goes where MAC wants to and not following the tab.

First time at IPlace in Rio de Janeiro/Brazil where I live was June 2019. They said I would have to pay to have a diagnosis. Searched in internet and found out that Apple had a recall for this model/my serial number. Went to an official Apple place in RJ and after some tentatives they decided to substitute (for free) my Top Case with Keyboard. This was December 2019. Worked for 6 months and they it started all over again. Due to Covid I couldn't bring it back to Apple Store but got support by telephone (didn't work). They sent me to an authorised third part. They substituted again the TOP CASe and the Track pad.

The computer is terrible. To write this comment I have to keep tracking where the letters are appearing.

Very disappointed with my equipment. Although I love Apple products (have an Iphone 11 and a Mac book mini at the office). Apple support was supposed to call me to try to fix it. I don't believe!

Anybody else with this problem?
