Magic keyboard

No it won't be held by magnetic unless it's attached to the keyboard. I got one and it works very well when my iPad isn't attached to they keyboard. And it's only $15.

I'm not sure I understand your question. The magic keyboard and iPad attach via magnets in the keyboard. When you take the iPad off the keyboard, you use the iPad like a tablet and then put it back on the keyboard to type. The keyboard is not magnetizing your iPad if that's what concerns you.

If that seems the better option for you, that's your choice. You couldn't pry the Magic Keyboard out of my hands. The trackpad and key response in the Magic Keyboard are simply amazing.
