where can I find a list of all past and upcoming limited activity rewards badges?
till today I saw 29 of them or is there more?

Unfortunately last Updated 06/05/20
they have no information about Japan Health and Sports Day 2019
and National Fitness Day (2020 August 8 in China only)
but I think Apple somewhere give full list for month or season before
