Trade in IPad mini

I put in the serial number to get the trade in value and it told me the serial number is invalid. Does that mean the iPad is worth nothing?

You’ll want to contact and discuss that question directly with the folks at Apple.

We (other users) don’t know why a particular serial number might be considered invalid.
