Crash Macbook pro:

Hello Everyone:

Frequently my MacbookPro Mid2010 15 inch will crash. It always happens at random times: Such as when I click on something in my browser, Boom: it shows a press a button to continue screen and then it has to reboot. I have tried using a different browser and It did not fix the problem. I have also tried scanning for problematic apps, nothing came of it. It has already crashed 4 times this morning and it is getting worrysome. Is there any way to prevent this? Should I post my crash report?
