Connect PC laptop to Thunderbolt Display

Did Apple ever fix ability to connect PC laptop to Thunderbolt Display?

Many people working from home with work PC and don't understand why can't use my high quality monitor.

My research few years ago was it is not possible. Has Apple delivered on this yet? Has anyone figured out if this is possible?

If the PC has no Thunderbolt port, there is no way to use a Thunderbolt display. If it does, you may have to look for a Windows driver for the display.
