I just got my son a phone for school. The store did a factory reset once we left bc of some issues we were already experiencing. We are now locked out of that phone and the passcode that he created no longer works. I went and bought a laptop (acer) only one they had to try and do an itunes reset. I am not having any luck. I have been working on this for over 6 hours. Any advice is welcome.

follow steps here If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
