The icon disappeared and I keep getting this restriction notice when I try to open it. I have turned off screen time restrictions but continue receiving the same error. Any ideas on wha I can do?

Actually I tried your suggestion again and realized I needed to click English (United Stated) for this and it worked!!! Thanks so much for the suggestion!
