I’ve not been able to open Apple News...

The icon disappeared and I keep getting this restriction notice when I try to open it. I have turned off screen time restrictions but continue receiving the same error. Any ideas on wha I can do?

Hi there GeoDa,

We understand you're unable to open the News app, and we'd like to see if we can assist.

To get started, head to Settings > General > Language & Region, and ensure your iPhone is set to the correct region. Learn more here: Read the latest headlines in the Apple News app

Specifically, take note of this detail:

"The Apple News app is available in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Learn what's available in your country or region."

Cheers!
