iPad order isn’t showing on Apple Store

I placed an order for the iPad Pro and Apple Pencil on the 4/8/20. My Apple Pencil arrived last week but iPad was saying processing. I just jumped on Apple Store to check my status and now it had completely vanished. When I go on my tracking number it come up as “there was a problem with my request”. Will I be getting the iPad or not? I am soo concerned....
