Kernel panic / crash at startup

My laptop cannot boot properly, I’ve got a kernel crash. I can boot in safe mode only.

I assume that the problem is in one of the drivers. Here is my system log.

I see some strings with:

Oh. No wonder your Mac is crashing. You've installed Malware. Uninstall Norton following their instructions or use their uninstaller.

The only thing Norton does is crash your Mac. It provides no other services macOS doesn't already provide.

Thank you so much for your help! I managed to fix my laptop!

I removeв symantec systemextension as written here https://community.norton.com/en/forums/how-remove-comsymantecmssystemextension-mac-os

1. First, you need to log into recovery mode and turn off SPI via terminal: csrutil disable
2. Then, use systemextensionsctl from terminal. Use the list parameter and then the uninstall one with the parameters retrieved from running it with list. Looked like this on my system: systemextensionsctl uninstall 9PTGMPNXZ2 com.symantec.mes.systemextension;
3. Then, back into recovery mode to turn SPI back on and run csrutil enable
4. The extension is now completley gone from your system.
