payment & shipping address is incorrect

"How do I change the payment and shipping address on my Apple account page?: Use Payment and Shipping > Edit in your Apple ID Account https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin.

you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.

Apple ID payment information - change.  

Sometimes restrictions can be the situations causing greying. I can't guarantee a fix, but see the documents below.

This occurs “most likely … because of a problem that happened when upgrading the iOS or when you change your Apple ID and password.”
