Hi if I have option use this monitor U2720Q with MacBookPro 2018

my original power supply 87w but monitor charges on USB C 90W

It sounds like you may be trying to figure out if you can use the Apple 96W USB-C Power Adapter with your Dell UltraSharp U2720Q 27 Inch LED 4K IPS Monitor.

While this adapter is compatible with any USB-C–enabled device, Apple recommends pairing it with your 16-inch MacBook Pro for optimal charging performance.

No I ask about Dell UltraSharp U2720Q 27 because Monitor Power out in USB-C 90W If i connected MacBOOK Pro 2019 it's OK

but how about MACBOOK PRO 2018 originally power adapter 87w

But the same time on apple web site they sold power supple 96w and wrote

Any information regarding compatibility with your Dell UltraSharp U2720Q would need to be provided by Dell, however as for the Apple USB-C power adapter, we'd suggest going by the compatibility list you mentioned which indicates it's available for use with the MacBook Pro 2018.
