Apple Music not on iPhone after restoring & backing up.

Hi,

I restored by iPhone 11 recently and noticed the music will not sync to my phone again. It's still showing in iTunes, however.

I've attempted turning the iCloud Music Library syncing off, both on my iPhone and iTunes, but each time it's done on my phone, it turns itself on again.

I also noticed, I do not have the option for syncing music. (see below)

Any help on this?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hello Brianicole3540,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

From reading your post, it appears Apple Music app is missing from your iPhone 11 after a back up and restore. iCloud Music Library isn't able to turn off and the iPhone will continue to turn on iCloud Music Library, correct? We're here to help you take a look into that!

Restart both devices and use Search on the iPhone for the Apple Music app or download from App Store:

Restart your iPhone

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Download apps and games from the App Store

Here is an article to follow with steps to help resolve this issue:

If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library

If the issue persists, we would encourage you to Contact Apple Support for further assistance.

Take Care!
