14 day trade-in window

hi - I ordered a new iPad today and it will not arrive until oct 1, do I have from when I receive it 14 days to send trade-in or from today when I place the order? I would hate to be without an iPad for over a month.

14 days from when your receive the trade-in kit. You won't receive that until after you receive your new iPad.
