How do I accept a follow request on Apple Music
A friend followed me, but I don’t know where to go to accept the request. My Apple Music account is private, so I don’t know what to do.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Thanks for the post about accepting followers within Apple Music. We'd be glad to give you a hand with that.
The first thing you'll want to do is open up your profile within Apple Music on your iPhone. To do that, open the Music app and then tap on the For You button near the bottom. From here, you should see your profile photo in the upper right of the screen. Tap on that and if there are outstanding follow requests, you should be able to tap on 'Follow Requests' to handle those. Tapping the green check mark will approve the request and conversely, tapping on the red x will deny the request.
