Unrecoverable error after timemachine backuo

Can some help me? After uninstalling beta big sur and reinstal catalina from time machine backup Iget the following error : security agent was unable to create requested mechanism builtin:prelogin. I.ve tried several backups the problem stays. It also stays after safe boot and NVRAM reset. It is an imac 27 inch 2017 2 tb fusiondrive.

Gatekeeper Error Wondering why my third party software is being blocked by the OS. See attachment for error screenshot. It only started doing this on Catalina (first version that shipped with my current machine) and the software no longer works even though I know it is a legitimate software that I intentionally installed. "Unknown error" occurring when trying to log in to apps on MacBook Pro after installing Catalina Before upgrading to Catalina yesterday, I was aware that my MacBook Pro had a virus associated with the name Tituricsec. I followed all steps to get rid of it that I found about it online, but it just kept popping back up. Now that I've installed Catalina, I see no longer see any outward signs of Tituricsec (like the constant pop-ups I used to get asking me to Accept or Deny), but now I get an error whenever I try to log in with my Apple ID and password to an app like Mail, or Messages, or iTunes, and even System Preferences. It doesn't say my username or password are wrong, it says an "unknown error occurred." Just to be sure, I changed my password, which works fine when I log in to iCloud using a browser, but I still get the same "unknown error" message when trying to log in with my Apple ID and password. I chatted with Apple Support, and "Chris" thought it could be virus related. He suggested I run Malwarebytes on my machine, which I did. But that forced a restart, so I got disconnected from my support chat. In any case, the system scanner found and quarantined 22 items, but STILL I cannot log in to any apps using my Apple ID and password. I'm really stuck! Thanks for any help you can provide.
