My being controlled by someone else. The reason I say that is because it different from the first day I got it. It’s like someone been on it changing things. For instance my emails or fake being delivered to me. Everytime i want to trash something it goes straight to archives. I found 2 different email addresses on my iPhone. What can I do to get my phone back.

See if there is a line that says “device management “ under settings>general>about. If it’s not a company phone then there should be no profile present there.
see if your icloud account is logged in to a different device unfamiliar to you. Settings>your name> scroll down to devices. you should be able to remove anything that’s not your authorized device.
enable two factor authenticaTion for added account security. settings>your name>password & security then enable two factor and punch in your trusted phone number.
