recently I visited a questionable webpage, and A pop up showed up stating that it detects that my phone is 79% damaged because of 8 malicious viruses and that if I don’t download a certain VPN my phone, it will get completely damaged. So now I’m a bit nervous and would like to get some help on what to do.

Stop worrying, and avoid using that website. Those "pop ups" are lying. Your iPhone is secure, unless you used a "Jailbreak."
