How do I get my password for Wi-Fi connection.?

We can't help you with this, we do not have your Wi-Fi password.

Try to reset the Wi-Fi router to factory settings check modem default SSID and password from the manufacturer or somewhere on the modem itself.

Look on the back of your router. The password to use for initial set-up is usually there. If not, you will need to contact your internet provider. Apple does not set this password.
