Wrong Transaction on Block City Games

Hi -

I had this app on my iphone since Jul 2019 (my 8yr old nephew downloaded). I just had my bank call me yesterday saying there was unidentified transaction on my Credit Card for Rupees 7500 (almost above $100). Then when I checked the Block City Wars on my phone showed in-app purchases for the same amount. I am unable to see these charges on reportaproblem. apple.com loggin to dispute the charges. Can you pls help me identify the same and dispute the charges?

I have attached a screenshot from my phones App Store- in-app purchase history.

Unknown Charge

Curious about a Charge? --> If you see an 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement
If you have an issue with an app on App Store or billing --> Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store
You can also request a refund for a recent renewal of an in-app subscription.purchase
